Kevin M. Baum counsels individuals, small and medium businesses, non-profits and municipalities on a variety of corporate, real estate and other transactional matters. Practice areas include for and non-profit entity formation and governance, land use, real estate development and conveyancing, regulated utilities, and municipal and environmental compliance. He concentrates his practice on all aspects of real estate and land use, including property acquisition, disposition, title, environmental evaluation and remediation, leasing, financing, planning and zoning matters.
Kevin brings a background in environmental matters to his practice. Prior to his legal career, Kevin worked as a geologist and environmental scientist conducting environmental investigations and due diligence. He holds a Certificate in Environmental Law, Science and Policy from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Kevin lives in Exeter with his wife and two children. He is active in the community, serving on several local and non-profit boards. When he is not practicing law, you will find Kevin out hiking with his family or mountain biking on the local trails.
