Environmental law is complex. We represent businesses and landowners in areas involving public health and the environment. We have litigated large pollution cases as well as claims relating to individuals and small business owners under both state and federal environmental laws.
Our environmental law practice includes representing parties in matters involving the NH Department of Environmental Services and the United States Environmental Protection Agency, including Superfund litigation, allegations of contaminant discharges and releases, property damage, personal injury, dredge and fill applications, environmental compliance, real estate due diligence (Phase I & Phase II site assessments), wetlands permitting and violations.
